Pre-Order & Click & Collect Terms

• By using our Click & Collect feature, the customer agrees that:
• Online orders are expressions of interest only, and do not constitute a sale.
• The sale is completed only upon in-store presentation of valid and original travel documents (passport and boarding pass) and successful verification.
• If the customer fails to present valid travel documents as required by law, the order will be cancelled without refund.
• The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable customs, security, and duty-free regulations, including but not limited to restrictions on quantity, category of goods, and adherence to baggage allowance rules.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We maintain a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy for customer-initiated cancellations including, but not limited to, reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Failure to collect the order
• Forgotten to collect
• Found a better price elsewhere

Refunds will be processed only under the following scenarios:

• HDF cancels the order due to a technical error, operational issue, or payment failure.
• The reserved product is out of stock, and the customer declines the substitute offered.
• A genuine payment failure or excess charge occurred during checkout and is verified.

All refund requests must be sent to hdf.customercare@gmrgroup.in and approved approved refunds will be processed within 20 working days to the original payment method.
